Many of these diet trends require that the consumer eat a certain list of ingredients for an extended period of time such as WHOLE30, a program that illuminates non-processed whole foods, grains, dairy and sugar. Dieting is a wonderful way to achieve healthy weight-loss goals or just to lead a healthier lifestyle in general. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, officially observed by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. The purpose of the campaign is to increase awareness of the disease, raise funds for disease prevention, and to celebrate our sisters diagnosed with breast cancer. The NCBF’s mission is to help those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services. (more…)
